Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant engineering field, with more than 5 years of experience
1. Management experience in large manufacturing enterprises
2. Familiarity with SQDC management standards;
3. Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and teamwork spirit
4. Experience in workshop management in the automotive parts industry
5. English proficiency at level four or above
Job Responsibilities
1. Assess the needs for equipment, space, and personnel based on the company's annual production plan
2. Review the rationality of the production plan to ensure smooth production rhythm
3. Efficiently output according to the production plan and follow up on the completion status of the production plan to ensure delivery;
4. Follow up on the improvement progress of molds and equipment tooling, etc.
5. Monitor workshop safety management to prevent workplace accidents
6. Follow up on product quality management in the workshop to prevent quality incidents from occurring
7. Responsible for managing workshop production efficiency and effectively managing labor costs and material costs;
8. Conduct team building, cultivate talent pipelines, improve staff quality, manage employee relations, and create a harmonious team;
