Job Requirements
1. Age requirement: 25~50
2. Education requirement: Bachelor's degree or above
3. Major requirement: Materials, Powder Metallurgy, Polymer, Chemistry and related fields
Major above Bachelor's degree
5. Experience requirement: More than 10 years of experience in friction material formulation research; Skills/Certification requirements: Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; CET4; Proficient in using office software.
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of the company's friction material formulation system;
2. Develop NAO and LM formulation materials that meet the technical requirements of matching friction plates, and lead the internal research public relations and recognition certification process of materials.
3. Responsible for recommending and optimizing new project formulations for friction plate products.
4. Prepare production processes and flow documents for formulations and their products; assist in solving process issues on the production line.
5. Assist in solving process issues on the production line; product quality issues as well as project after-sales quality issues;
6. Others: Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and teamwork skills.
