Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Proficient in computer operation skills (spreadsheets, ERP)
3. At least 3 years of experience in quality management in the automotive industry
4. Qualification as an ISO9001, IATF16949 quality auditor
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the establishment, maintenance, and promotion of continuous improvement of management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949.
2. Responsible for organizing the reception of second-party and third-party audits and coordinating the improvement of non-conformities with full follow-up; responsible for handling customer complaints and promoting internal improvements.
3. Responsible for planning and implementing system audits, product audits, and process audits; assist in organizing and implementing management reviews; record the results of management reviews and follow up on improvements based on review outputs.
4. Responsible for handling quality anomalies and implementing 8D improvements.
5. Responsible for collecting and assessing the completion status of quality objectives for each process; assist in supplier quality management and implement supplier management system audits.
6. Responsible for the unified management of management system documents, including control, distribution, invalidation, etc.
